Who will have access to your information?

Only employees, agents, sub-contractors, or other parties working on behalf of MinistryHire that need access to, and use of, personal data in order to carry out their assigned duties correctly will have access to personal data held by MinistryHire.

MinistryHire also sends personal data of job seekers to potential employers. Such transfers are performed in the course of the job search, application, and interview process. Job seekers’ personal data transferred to potential employers in this way are processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the relevant potential employers.

MinistryHire also sends personal data of job seekers and employers to its partner site MinistryHub, to provide job seekers with additional future opportunities and employers with relevant information and support. Job seekers’ and employers’ personal data transferred in this way are processed in accordance with these Policies. MinistryHire may also release personal information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies, if they require us to do so. We will also only disclose your information where we are permitted and requested to do so by law.

Do we track your use of our website?

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email, home, or IP address. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information for anyone under the age of 13 years. All information on the MinistryHire website and all services MinistryHire provides are directed to individuals at least 13 years old or older.
